1. Faulty or Defective Goods

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or does not meet the description provided, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the ACL.

2. Change of Mind Returns

  • Store credit, if approved, will not include original shipping charges.

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
