What Shipping Methods are available?
we ship our orders from our partner warehouses across Australia. Shipping time varies from product to product, smaller items are shipped using Australia post or Armaex & Courier Please whereas bulky items are arrange via special freight companies. We aim to process all ordered within 2-3 business days and then deliver within 5-10 business days.

Does Free Shipping Include Returns As Well?
No Free shipping applies to outward orders only. For any returned goods, buyers have to arrange their own courier.
How To Purchase A Gift Card?
Unfortunately, we do not offer Gift Cards at the moment.

Each coupon code has its own terms & conditions. Please make sure you read terms of the coupon before using them.
First buyer coupon that gives you 5% off is only eligible for one purchase per customer.

How did my package ship?

We aim to process all ordered within 2-3 business days and then deliver within 5-10 business days.
Why did not i get a tracking number?
Any orders shipped via auspost or courier please and aramex would have tracking numbers, whereas some special bulky goods orders are shipped using freight forwarders that do not have tracking numbers but rather a delivery note.
How long will my package take to arrive?
We aim to ship all orders within 2-3 business days and they can take further 4-10 business days to deliver depending on delivery location.
What are business days?
Business days mean Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
How do I know my package has shipped?
Once we ship your orders, we mark them shipped at our end and you should receive an email confirming the shipping status.
Why is my tracking number not updating?
Some couriers scan the package when they pickup and deliver only. So if your tracking is not updated and it has not been 10 business days, rest assured it is still in transit. If in rare cases where it has not updated past 10 business days, you can contact us to investigate it further.
